Grow Life Roots is our customer loyalty program that rewards you for every purchase at Grow Life Dispensary. Members earn points that can be redeemed for cash back, and receive special perks.
You can sign up for free online or in-store. Just fill out the sign-up form on our website or give your info to a budtender at checkout to start earning points right away. Both a phone number and email are required to join.
Nope — joining Grow Life Roots is completely free.
You’ll earn points on every qualifying purchase made in-store or online. The more you shop, the more your points grow.
Typically, points are earned on the cart subtotal, but not on taxes or excluded products. Check your receipt or ask your budtender for details.
Your current points total will be available on your account – ask a budtender during your next visit or add the wallet pass to your phone’s Google or Apple wallet to keep track on the go! Fill out the form above and after you hit submit, the option to add your pass to a wallet will appear!
Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for discounts or rewards during checkout. Just let your budtender know. For reference, to redeem 5$ off, you must earn 200 points, 10$ is 400 points and so on…
Points expire after a set period of inactivity, 180 days from last visit. We’ll send a reminder before that happens so you can use them in time.
Some promotions and discounts can’t be stacked with loyalty redemptions. Check promo details or ask your budtender before checkout.
Grow Life Roots points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
Yes! Members receive a penny preroll on their birthday, and often receive exclusive offers, and early access to special events or drops. Keep an eye on your email, texts or wallet pass for notifications!
